United Medical Park

UnityPoint Health opened United Medical Park in 1999 as an outpatient medical facility focused on patient convenience. In addition to the surgery center, United Medical Park includes several physician offices, lab and imaging services and an urgent care clinic.

The one-story layout offers up-front parking and a covered drive-thru for pick-up and drop off.

While outpatient surgery has been performed at the facility since its opening, the surgical suite was converted to an independent ambulatory surgery center in February 2020 to offer an alternative to hospital-based outpatient procedures with a strong track record of quality care and positive patient outcomes.
